We partner with accomplished operating executives to identify opportunities in which the executive can become either a part-time advisor, board member and/or a full-time executive with a company as CEO or other senior executive role.

We additionally are willing to compensate executives for any referrals that result in a closed transaction.

Our approach is to work with operating executives to develop an investment thesis and criteria – leveraging their operating strengths and industry domain expertise – to create a specific thesis and value-creation plan. Approach

  • Identify an attractive niche in which the executive is a subject matter expert, typically with all of the following features:

    • Secular growth drivers; industry growth rate at least 2x GDP

    • High business quality

    • Fragmentation; opportunity for consolidation

  • Determine investment criteria and identify and prioritize potential investment targets

  • Execute target due diligence

  • Consummate the investment


Executive Attributes

  • Successful track record in growing EBITDA and creating shareholder value

  • Willingness to search for and evaluate investment opportunities

  • Willingness to roll up sleeves in smaller company situations

  • Subject matter expertise, with an ability to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape

  • Full P&L experience of business with at least $50 million in revenues
